1. I can't open the PDF.
  1. Adobe reader is required to open the PDF.
  2. Click here to download Adobe reader.
  3. If you still have issue, please contact us at 316-978-5398, and we'll assist you.
2. I can't give feedback and/or view online training.
  1. Hold down the control key as you click on "Launch Training" to override the pop-up blocker, if any.
  2. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Close all the browsers before starting online training again.
  3. If you still have issue, please contact us at 316-978-5398, and we'll assist you.
3. What are the technical requirements to start an online training?

4. I forgot my Member ID / Password.
The default Member ID is first initial last name and password is first name, all lowercase, no spaces.

Example: Jane Smith
MemberID: jsmith
Password: jane
5. My Member ID and Password does not work.
  1. Go to Contact Us or call us at 316-978-5398.
6. How can I change my Password?
  1. You can change your password by going into "Profile Summary", located under "Site Tools".
  2. If you still have issue, please contact us at 316-978-5398, and we'll assist you.
7. I already have a DBHS Updates website Member ID and Password, do I have to sign-up again under Medicaid Training website?
  1. NO, you don't have to sign-up again. Your sign-in information used on the DBHS Updates website should be identical to the sign-in information you will use on this website.
