| 4. I forgot my Member ID / Password. |
|
The default Member ID is first initial last name and password is first name, all lowercase, no spaces.
Example: Jane Smith
MemberID: jsmith
Password: jane |

| 6. How can I change my Password? |
- You can change your password by going into "Profile Summary", located under "Site Tools".

| 7. I already have a DBHS Updates website Member ID and Password, do I have to sign-up again under Medicaid Training website? |
- NO, you don't have to sign-up again. Your sign-in information used on the DBHS Updates website should be identical to the sign-in information you will use on this website.
